Meet Carol Paone

Hello! I'm Carol Paone, a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) and Breastfeeding Counselor with a passion for helping families succeed in their breastfeeding journeys. With over three decades of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and joys of breastfeeding, I’m here to support you with breastfeeding education and counsel.

I have a background in midwifery and nursing, which has equipped me with a broad knowledge base to guide and educate parents. I’ve been fortunate to combine my professional training with personal experience—having breastfed all 11 of my children and supported countless families whose homes I have worked in, through their own breastfeeding experiences. I’m also a proud grandmother of 36 grandchildren many, of whom I’ve had the honor of attending their births and coaching them.

In addition to my lactation consulting work, I’m a postpartum doula, and I teach pregnancy, breastfeeding, and parenting classes at a women’s clinic in Texas. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with new mothers, helping them establish successful breastfeeding routines and providing the personalized care they need to thrive.

My journey in maternal and infant care has taken me to other countries where I’ve had the privilege of attending births and supporting families in various cultural settings. I do speak Spanish, and have lived in some Spanish speaking countries as well as parts of Europe.
